1. COPYRIGHT & USAGE RIGHTS OF PHOTOGRAPHS: Purchasing of photographs through my Photofrog channel applies the Personal Use License as indicated in Photofrog. All and any photos found on the www.cloud9photography.co.za website attract the same non-commercial and non-exclusive use.
The use is for Personal Use Only. Personal use means non-commercial use of the photographs for display on personal websites and computers, or making image prints or video copies for personal use. The Photographs may not be used in any way whatsoever in which you charge money, collect fees, or receive any form of remuneration or recognition. The Photographs may not be used in competitions, advertising, be re-edited, re-sold, re-licensed, or sub-licensed.
Should this licence condition be breached and any Photograph supplied by Cloud9 Photography is re-edited or tampered with by a client in any way whatsoever, under no circumstances are these files to be published online, in print or by any other means. No responsibility will be taken by Cloud9 Photography for files edited by any third party.
Express prior permission from Cloud9 Photography may be requested under exceptional circumstances. Should permission be granted conditions will apply.
